The Festival of Media


The Festival of Media brand celebrates media innovation and creativity across the world. Bringing together global marketers, media owners, agencies, and ad technology companies, the Festival events offer a unique platform for insight, networking and celebration. There are four Festival editions in Europe, Latin America and Asia with MENA to be launched in 2015. Each combine a high-level conference, global awards programme and networking opportunities.

Since its launch, we have hosted more than 700 speakers including Sir Martin Sorrell CEO WPP, Biz Stone founder of Twitter and writer and producer Vince Gilligan of Breaking Bad fame. More than 300 commercial partnerships have included Fox, Facebook and Google, while 80% of the 7,000 senior delegation are CEOs and Directors from 100-plus countries.

As part of the Festival of Media events, the Festival of Media Awards are the only regional and global media-focused awards that benchmark innovation in media and celebrate the best media thinking from around the world. Also celebrating talent, Rising Star at the Festival of Media Asia rewards the highest-achieving media professional under 30, while young media teams work together on a client brief in the Festival of Media Academy in LatAm. New technology and innovative start-ups are showcased in the unique Emerge and Media Sparks programmes which run as part of the Festival of Media.

Festival Intelligence is a new addition to the Festival of Media brand. Festival Intelligence examines the trends and themes from the market and produces a series of reports that bring together the best media knowledge and insights from around the global media & marketing industry.
