C Squared set up the SPD in 2008 to house its many projects that involve information consultancy and bespoke solutions. The department offers clients a piece of C Squared’s core competencies, such as knowledge of new trends, experience in awards and event management and the creation of publications and websites. The Special Projects Division acts as a kind of business incubator driven by client need.

Often these contract-based partnerships are for media owners who are looking to deliver something extra for their clients or alternatively for agencies who want to achieve thought leadership through conferences or specialist publications. C Squared has worked all over the world on a variety of unique projects. Major work has included partnerships with The Media Circle (the leading UK media training body), OMD Middle East, Dubai Holdings and the BBC.
