The Festival of Media Academy is the first residential training scheme in Latin America designed for emerging young stars at media agencies, brands and media owner companies. Designed to be relevant to local talent, but with a global vision, The Academy is supported by some of the region’s most progressive agency leaders. The training programme runs parallel to the main conference, in special rooms located near to the main action of the event.
It is based upon the successful course, IMM (International Media Management) which has been developing media executives in Europe for over 20 years. Over 1,500 delegates – many now CEOs and CMOs in their own right – have attended IMM. Now, via The Festival of Media Academy – with its unique mix of training and teamwork – we bring this same ethos and opportunity to Latin America.
